stories/2107/images/Agender_Flag_by_Rumpus_Parable.png
1. Created 2014 by Salem X/"Ska". It has seven horizontal stripes which are colored (top to bottom) black, grey, white, green, white, grey, black. Both black and white represent the complete absence of gender. Grey represents being semi-genderless. Green represents nonbinary gender, because it is the inverse of purple. 2. Created 2014 by Rumpus Parable. Simple and clean lined agender flag design. Black is to indicate a distinct identity in those without gender. The color black for agender persons is chosen for its correspondence with black being the total absence of color in the light spectrum. White acknowledges the historical use as an all-inclusive color for anyone who is non-binary in sex and/or gender and the identity color of black to be placed against to indicate its specific grouping within that traditionally generalized non-binary color. The two colors have been used alone to intentionally be agender specific without the addition of others usually seen to give reference to gendered identities of any type and aesthetically to create a stark, bold, and simple contrast for the emphasis in the difference and separation from genders expressed and included in other pride flags.

1. A relationship structure in which a person who is partnered is permitted to have additional sexual or romantic relationships on the condition that his or her partner does not know anything about those additional relationships and does not meet any of those other people. Commentary: Many people in the polyamorous community frown on don't ask, don't tell relationships, and choose not to become involved in such relationships. There are many dangers in such relationships, including the idea that a person who claims to be involved in such a relationship may simply be cheating (as the relationship often provides no mechanism by which that person's partner may be contacted to confirm that the relationship permits other relationships); the fact that many people choose DADT relationships as a way of avoiding and not dealing with emotional issues such as jealousy; and the fact that DADT relationships are built on a foundation of lack of communication within the existing relationship. 2. "Don't ask, don't tell" was the official United States policy on military service by gays, bisexuals, and lesbians, instituted by the Clinton Administration on February 28, 1994, when Department of Defense Directive 1304.26 issued on December 21, 1993, took effect, lasting until September 20, 2011.

Certain areas of hard-to-reach fatty tissue may also be removed via liposuction (such as areas near the armpits). Once the extraneous tissue has been removed, the excess chest skin is trimmed and the incisions closed, leaving two seams/scars just below the line of the pectoral muscles. Nipples are usually resized and grafted into place. See also "chest surgery."
